21st century trance: hypnotic-psycholinguistics in modern ‘democracies’.

In book 3, ‘Powerful hypnosis’, 5, ‘Wizards of trance’ and 7, Escaping cultural hypnosis’ I explicitly gave away lots of secrets about how politicians and their low-down ilk use NLP and old style hypnosis to brainwash you and lie to you really effectively. Linked to their ‘authority’ and ‘prestige’ that you project onto these charlatans these techniques work really well on the masses of sheeple. Now I am going to give away more of the garbage that they use to fool you as often as they can get away with it. The following is simply 21st century psychopolitics.

1. Pay attention to the smallest of symbolisms.

Look, let’s be clear symbolism matters. Can you give a speech next to a person who is symbolically associated with the 'good'? Can you speak in a place linked to values x, y and z? Can you speak on prominent dates/anniversaries etc.? You can? Good that means you can symbolically link ALL the positive associations of these stimuli with your speech giving it more weight and power – to the stupid.

2. Values elicitation through stories.

As we know, when telling political stories (lies) mix fantasy and reality freely; the public watch so much TV, heck they don’t know the difference anyway! You can use stories to elicit values – love and togetherness, the heart-warming*, guilt, righteous anger etc. Just tell simple, cod stories with these themes embedded, perhaps as the moral of the tale; you get the idea? This is emoto-nosis (hypnosis stimulates the emotions to induce trance): you use analogy. Quite simple but you never say ‘Feel guilty about x!’ ‘Feel good about y!’ it just happens indirectly. Oh and if you can mention the kids, oh they love mentioning the kiddiewinks, ‘…children and grandchildren’, here they conjure the warmest of warm sensations – those you love so much you’d do anything for them. Don’t you want your children to have a better time than you did? A kid is a young goat, I call them children. You are led by the nose as asses are. Really.

(*If you can tell lots of heart-warming tales they get associated to you and every time you appear you condition people to feel good. Remember: imagination over logic; you don’t want thinking plebs after all!)

3. Vague pacing and leading.

Use lots of bland pacing statements: ‘this election’, ‘this time’ etc., ‘I am running for x.’ Can you argue with these things? No, and so your guard goes down. Look out for vague leading statements, ‘…move in the same direction…’ (off a cliff like lemmings usually), ‘A better future…’ Than what?

Use of sexual metaphors.

A sense of sexual tension can be linked to concepts of social cohesion, especially when there is none of the latter – phrases such as '...we can come together etc.' These sexualised phrases sear themselves into the sexual centres of the brain – they are memorable.

Symbols you can see through.

Politicians will often utilise symbols that you can look into or through – such as a circle etc.
